Dutch Catalina

SOH-CM-2026
Here's a few wip pics of a Dutch Catalina I'm working on, with a question:
I have no idea where the orange triangles should be placed on the wing, all I have to go on is a painting by Thijs Postma, and there they are much bigger and more inboard. Can anybody (Ferry?) confirm that was really the case?
Oh, and another question: Y-45 spent most of the war in/near Australia, with dutch flags instead of the triangles, and a with big image of a Dutch Lion on the nose. Would anybody have a good pic of the lion? I have the book by Prudent Staal, but those images aren't really clear, I have no idea what the text below the lion is for instance...

Maybe this thread will help?:

Note that this is a PBY-5 without gear and a darker top colour.

Here are some Cat photos:

There's a photo of the PH-PBY in it's old 'Catair' colours near the bottom of this page that shows the top of the wings (Lots of great repaint suggestions there as well!) :

That's all I found so far..

So, not very conclusive, but it seems bigger and more to the centre seem more like the real thing:
