Quite often when you get a big one on the 'Ring of Fire' it will trigger another one somewhere else a few days later as the pressures on the plates try to stabilize. I would expect at least one more in an effort to stabilize this 2nd quake. The 'ripple effect' can go on for years too!
I've had a few of those after eating curries (ring of fire that is)!
