Emergency landing on a french Higway

When I read the thread title, I had a mental image of a Cessna trying to slow down on a highway with a Citroen doing about 180km behind it flashing it's headlights because the aircraft was going too slow
 
You could also title it "When Crackers Learn to Fly".

That's 'cause this is a monthly event here in the Sunshine state.

Reading it in French makes it more romantic though.
