enabling water reflections

sorry for the newbie question but...how to enable water reflections? is there a congig.file like cfs3 with overrides, settingstextures and so on? thks you guys and cheers, gianluca

if useing the water detail slider in the menus to medium or max dont help then i belive you'll need a graphics card which supports shader model 2
