Era Swapping Help

Hello All,

I just built a new rig with Windows 7 64bit. I installed ETO with a vanilla CFS3.1a install making sure to change the destination folder to 'programs (x86)'. I started ETO for the first time in Era 1. ETO will not switch Eras. I followed the instructions and ran the ORIFs program. ETO will still not switch Eras.

Any Ideas?

i had the same problem on vista for ages. i tried everything on the internet but nothing worked, it was jammed in era1.
i finally fixed it by re-installing all of ETO onto my desktop by changing the instal path to C:\Users\***name***\Desktop\CFS3 ETO Expansion when prompted to. i then modified the .bat files as the read-me's say
everything works perfectly now. i think that vista (and maybee windows 7) may not allow the .bat files to run when in C:\program files. installing into "my documents" or any other location in "users" may also work

Make sure the User Account Control is off otherwise you will not be able to shift Era's.
