ETO 1.00 1.20 cumulative update

Can any one in the USA send me a CD of ETO 1.0 and 1.2 cumulative update? I have dial up.

I really need some help with this. The mirror has to allow a download manager and have resume support. I am in the USA, specifically AZ. I will PM any one who responds. I would appreciate some help. I'd buy the updates if I could . So please let me hear from you.
