Emile,

It is very simple. Before installation of CFS3 ETO Expansion Update Rev 1.30, simply start your ETO install in Era 1 and then exit the game. Then start the ETO Spawn Selector and select 1, Stock Spawn Mode.

Then it is safe to install CFS3 ETO Expansion Update Rev 1.30.

You had to do the same thing to install CFS3 ETO Expansion Cumulative Update 1.20. Remember?:d

I do not find the expected ETO Spawn Selector shortcut.

Does this shortcut goes to one of the .bat in the spawn folder?
If yes, which one?

Hi Emile, the necessary ,.bat file is there, but not grouped with the others, look alphabetically ETOspawnselector. You could then make your own short cut from this.
