ETO 1.30 locking up game

When in QC if I it the F10 key the game freezes and I cannot go back to the scenery.
How can I corret this recent problem?
 
The F10 key allows me to access "end of misson". It works well in a mission situation but not in QC anymore I must of changed something in the setup by error.
