ETO 1.50 FW-189 problem

I've noticed that the FW-189 has a problem of sinking into the ground. Running win 7 64 ETO 1.50. This is the only aircraft that does this. Has anyone had a similar problem ? Is there a fix for this aircraft ?
 
Mines is OK have you looked in the aircraft.cfg file for these entries : static_pitch= 9.172 static_cg_height= 7.280
I am missing the gunsite for the rear gunner on all of my versions.
 
Maybee something with the y position of the wheels.
check this portion of the.cfg file:

Checked config. files an all checked out ok by what you sent me to no avail. The FW-189 dose not even show up in the sim. to select. Anything else to look at ? At a loss.
 
It's set up as AI only, so if you want to select it to see if your fixes are working, you would need to edit the air file. Change the Aircraft Type value from 2 to 0.
 
If you make the air file edit it flies fairly well. The default cockpit is workable, but the eyepoint seems a bit low relative to the glazing pattern.

If you want a cockpit with instruments the FW 189 was set up similar to how the He 111 pilot station was laid out. It would be nice to get a dedicated cockpit for it, but you can substitute the ETO He 111 cockpit, and it will fit fairly well. However, the presence of a nose gunner and circular fuselage walls really detract from the effect.

So what's the latest?

...did somebody say there were 8(?) other skins for the 189? And has the tail-wheel been modeled as of yet?
...and -and -and if so could they (who?) post a screenie or 3? :jump:

(I'd be happy to model some 4bit sounds to go with an update...)

BTW, mine has the screaming 2kb cockpit sans texture. Can anyone recommend a pit in the interim?
...maybe the He 111(?), tho' its kinda yucky I'm afraid.
