ETO era won't change?

Hi. I'm using Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit, and have installed all of the updates for the ETO expansion correctly. For some reason though, no matter what era I choose, its always the Attack in the West '40 one. I also tried reinstalling it and still the problem exists. I'm guessing its because I have Win 7 right...?

Any help would be great.

Edit: Oops I meant to put this in the CFS3 forum not CFS2...
 
If Windows 7 is like Vista, you need to turn off the User Account Control to switch eras. In Vista, you open the control panel, to to user accounts, then turn it off.
 
Cool, this does work. I am able to change eras, but I like the protection of User Account Control. However this is a good temporary fix, and until I find other solutions or if other people have ideas, I'll keep it disabled.
