ETO installation , help needed

Hello,
I have migrated to a new PC running Win7 Pro X64.

When I try to install the ETO I receive a popup from Anti Virus Microsoft Essential Security see attached screenshots.
And I never see the information available in the file concerning the instalation see screenshot.

What do I need to do?
Help please.
