• There seems to be an uptick in Political comments in recent months. Those of us who are long time members of the site know that Political and Religious content has been banned for years. Nothing has changed. Please leave all political and religious comments out of the forums.

If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.

Please note any post refering to a politician will be considered political even if it is intended to be humor. Our experience is these topics have a way of dividing the forums and causing deep resentment among members. It is a poison to the community. We appreciate compliance with the rules.

ETO/PTO Website goes Live

BeauBrummie

Home for tea and tiffin!
www.ww2aircombat.com is now complete and live. 01-driver will be advertising the site far and wide to aviation enthusiasts. It provides all the info anyone would need to get started in either add-on. It is intended to attract more new combat sim flyers and to try to encourage those who gave up on CFS3 to return. Check it out!

beau. i tried a test upload once i saw you put your work up.i have no idea if it took. doe'a jaycee notifie you it's accepted?

Thanks for the comments chaps!

Slipstream, the process should be quite transparent. Once text is entered and you've browsed for your file to upload and the screenie to accompany it, hit upload. The upload progress is shown by a progress bar at the bottom of the screen. Once that is done you should see the screen change to show the file in place in the relevant download section, but shaded out to show its awaiting approval. Then an e-mail will follow to tell you its been approved. Hope this helps.

beau. wish it was that simple i went through the upload procedure twice when it gets to the end of the upload it cuts to the "INTERNET CAN'T DISPLAY PAGE" screen.jim wants me to send files to a different site.send a dummy zip to aussie and he'll upload. im on dialup in the U.S..there seems to be a glich and it won't accept files. hobbit tried also with the same results.
