Ezdock and Simmconnect time outs

Hi. I use and love ezdock view system. however, during the (long) start up cycle of P3D, I get a time out from simconnect that requires me to click a dialog box telling the system to continue to wait. The dialog box says i should run the config tool. I do that but it never makes a difference.

If I click OK and the sim continues to boot up, then no problem, all still works well, though sometimes I get the same pop up dialog box in the background during game play.

This hasnt interrupted EZCA from working, but its annoying. is there a way to make this stop?

Hi, Eric,

I've had this problem for quite some time. It's gotten so bad that I don't load EZCA automatically. I wait until P3D is running and my aircraft is loaded and sitting on the tarmac, and then I load EZCA by double-clicking on a shortcut on my desktop.

I looked through all the advice on the simforum EZCA forum and tried everything, but doing as I do above is the only way to avoid the time-out issues I was experiencing.

That is EXACTLY what I do now as well. I just load P3D in windowed mode. double click the EZCA icon then hit ALT+ENTER to go full screen. Works fine.
