Yes, and it also requires FSX:Acceleration or FSX:Gold (will not work with FSX-SP2 or previous versions). It should work fine with Prepar3d, although I have not tested it personally.
 
A tip for repainters - real VF-101 colors

I do not have the time to do this repaint myslef... so this is just a HU for any repainter who may be willing to do this: first actual picture of an F-35C with VFA-101 "Grim Reapers" colors...

Maybe in a far, far future, the spanish Armada will fly the F-35B.
Meanwhile, we can fly it in FSX.

I will try to do the Grim Reapers livery but i need any pic or idea about wing's marks.

Well, in the foreseeable feature the F-35B is the only possible replacement for all the Harrier users...and it is definitely a superior plane. I believe there is a good chance that Spain will jump in the F-35 bandwagon in the distant future.

As for the Grim Reaper livery, I believe this is the only publicly released picture so far.
I believe it will have hi-viz roundels on the wings, and black modex-no (with red "shadow" like on the tails) on the flaperons. Some markings ("Beware of blast", "Danger-arresting hook" and may be others) have black fonts on red background...
