There seems to be an uptick in Political comments in recent months. Those of us who are long time members of the site know that Political and Religious content has been banned for years. Nothing has changed. Please leave all political and religious comments out of the forums.
If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.
Please note any post refering to a politician will be considered political even if it is intended to be humor. Our experience is these topics have a way of dividing the forums and causing deep resentment among members. It is a poison to the community. We appreciate compliance with the rules.

A new entry has been added to Add-Ons Library, category CFS 2 Aircraft - Other
Description: AB NA72 Harvard by UncleTgt
This is a reworking of Oldwheat's A27 Harvard for CFS 2. It's meant to represent an NA72(NA44) Harvard advanced trainer of the newly formed Brazilian Air Force in 1941.
It's a combination of Oldwheat's A-27 & Warwick Carter's Harvard model & air files, & I tweaked the model so the untextured parts were the correct shading & added a kelti style prop transparency & exhaust effect, as well as the striking repaint.
All I've done is to build on the original hard work done by Wozza, Oldwheat & others. The real credit goes to these people.
To install, unzip the download and place your chosen files in the relevant aircraft model folders within the aircraft folder in your CFS2 Main Directory.
Thanks to
Warwick Carter for the original a/c
Oldwheat for his reworking to fill an unusual gap in early WW2.
This is freeware and subject to the usual conditions.

Hi Gaucho,
Sorry for the delay in responding, but here in the UK even I have to sleep sometimes:
The NA72 was based on Oldwheat's A27 Harvard, itself based on Warwick Carter's T6 Texan for FS2004. As such the model is optimised for CFS 2, &that means the pilot has been removed from the model & replaced by Martin Wright's RAF pilot & rear gunner as payloads in the dp file.
You could get hold of an FS2004 Wozzas T6 Texan a/c, I suspect the textures will fit OK (you may want to save as dxt3 & use the alpha channel for extra shine effects), all you will lose is the tail gunner & gun tubes.
Hope this helps
