For me since I'm a bush flying kinda guy I prefer the PMDG Beech 1900 series especially the C model.

Mine would have to be the Lockheed L-188 Electra. This is the plane that introduced the turboprop to the civilian market. It had a shaky start in life with some structural problems, but once they were worked out, the aircraft became a success.

The design of the Electra was started by Lockheed in 1954, and the following year the company received a launch order from American Airlines. The prototype first flew on December 6, 1957.

The prototype Type 630 made its maiden flight on 16 July 1948, piloted by Joseph "Mutt" Summers, Vickers' Chief Test Pilot.
The designers then went back to the drawing board and the aircraft emerged as the larger Type 700 with up to 48 passengers (53 in some configurations), and a cruising speed of 308 mph (496 km/h). The new prototype G-AMAV first flew from Brooklands on 28 August 1950. It was used in flight tests and proving trials throughout 1951/52.
The last Viscounts built were six for the People's Republic of China state airline Civil Aviation Administration of China, which were delivered during 1964, giving a total production total of 445.
Capital Airlines introduced the V.745 in June 1955 and after the airline was taken over by United the aircraft operated with United until 1969...

The Samdim Tuplev is my favorite for long hauls, though I don't know of any issues with the flight dynamics. If I remember right, the Tu-126 addon incorporates a few updates though. The neat part of that plane is that it's modelled as a pure jet, so startup and shutdown animation is much nicer, and engine response to control inputs is also much nicer.

For short hauls, or runs into tight quarters, the Dash 7 gets the call. Especially now that she has a beautiful VC!
