FCS Hurricane True FSX SP2 Model?

I've been thinking about getting the FCS Hurricane package for FSX. Is the FSX version a true FSX model and, if it's not a SP2 SDK model, does it have the prop & cloud issue when run in SP2 / Accel? I don't care if it doesn't support DX10 preview mode but I don't want to buy any more aircraft that don't display their props properly in Accel (in DX9 mode).

It is a true FSX model, so will be fully functional in SP2/DX10. I use it in Acceleration (DX9, WinXP) with zero issues.
