Lancaster fueltank usage

Hi,

After 15 minutes in flight, the aircraft enters a right bank on it's own. Inspection of the fuel distribution shows that the right auxilary tank was not used as compared to the left one. Hence the unequal fuel in the left and right wing. Both fuel selectors were set to outer.

Has anyone experienced the same thing?

Bear in mind that Phantom of the Ruhr comes as standard, just as a war time aeroplane rather than the BBMF mount. So you could play with both Phantoms!

Good show on the 474 repaint. :ernae:

It's a pity that so many British squadrons "frowned severely upon" nose art really, because there are so many Lancasters that deserve attention - or at least their crews do. Unfortunately, for the most part, the paint would be next to identical and all that really changes is the lettering on the side. That doesn't give repainters a whole lot to work with. It's definitely nice to see people repainting this though - thanks, Dan. :salute:

These are fantastic, great work. How cool to see a Halibag and Stirling of the same quality......drifts off into a day dream......... !!!!!

Hey nice work on the v2, however some bits that stick out to me,

the gas patch is too big
the v2 on the nose area is slightly too big

Ian Reid's, book has some nice 100Sqn profiles, including a very nice history of RAF Grimsby and 100 operating from there

As a matter of interest does anyone know what font os used for the main ID letters and reg?

Might have a good at the odd repaint for once.

Having trouble contacting the gang at First Class Simulation since the weekend.

As far as I know, the offices are open and functioning. Have you checked your spam box etc?

PM me with the email address etc you have contacted and I'll see if I can raise anybody.

Hello Dan,

I will check my spam box once I figure out where it is :]

I e- mailed my requests using their "contact" address - info @contact - sim etc.

I need to replace the lancaster flight sim that disappeared from my hard drive last week .

Cheers for your help.
