FDG v.2 P-47d-23.zip Where?

Anybody know where I can lay my hands on this file: FDG v.2 P-47d-23, aka FileID=2289?

The FileID is from the link provided in the readme from Morton's P47d_56FG skin-pack for same:

But it is no longer a functioning link.

Morton's readme indicated where the file was before the server crash years back.

Just remember when using the search engine "username" in the library, look for fdgv2.

I D/L this for the older Battle for Europe. Had problems with air file. hard bank left, I think. couldn't control with stick or trim. Someone had a fix. I think RAmi sent it to me. I will see if I can find it if need be.
