Feel like going for a walk?

Mike, I hate to tell you this, but there is a famous one in China and it puts that one to utter shame. It is so dang scary (for me to watch on CNN and then on YouTube) that I had nightmares of it. The cliffs were so dang high.... Its very famous in China. Wish I could remember the name. Maybe Feng knows..

That China one is indeed very cool, never saw that before, but it has handrails (chains). Even I would possibly consider trying it, although passing somebody must be interesting. But the other? Yikes! :)

How long is the Chinese one? Anyone know?

Mike

Nah...Its not for me...I get dizzy just looking at the video....:isadizzy:

I can't find the actual name, but I vaguely remember seeing Samantha Brown, or one of those female Travel Channel hosts hike it. There are a few short rappels, and there are guides to help you along the way. A little too touristy for my tastes.

On another note, there are several Via Ferrata in North America that can give you a cool semi-technical climbing experience. Whistler, BC is supposed to have a top notch one (Also on my list).

bah thats nothing, if you want to do a scary walk, walk through our council estates on a saturday night! :blind:
