“When Ferrari announced the name of its race car as 'F150,' Ford asked Ferrari to change the name. Ferrari did not respond in a timely manner, leaving Ford no choice but to take legal action to protect its important brand and trademark rights.”
What complete and utter crock!!!
Yeah, right, I see 'Ferrari F150' and I get confused between that and a Dinosaur Ford Truck!!
Corporate crap, the inevitable result of a company employing the usual brain dead 'Lawyers' attempting to justify their existence.
Bloody Muppets!
Tom Hanks was so right.
I guess Ford is still PO'ed about Enzo refusing to sell it's factory to Ford back in the sixties (Which in turn led to the development of the GT40; if you can't buy a Le Mans winning car..)
