Tom,
Just as an aside, John Mayall lived in the same village I lived in from age 6 and at the edge of a farmer's field just down the road was his famous tree-house. I played drums with his younger, half-brother a couple of times.
Okay Tom, 'fess up.....
You and I are old enough to have been caught flat footed with a whole bunch of albums (you know, the vinyl kind), and had to transition to CD's....
Did they all make it? Or are you still policing up CD's twenty years later like me?![]()
Oh yes, I have about 400 vinyl albums still in my possession. My son has a couple hundred of my vinyl albums as well. (I actually have a working turntable.) Probably another 200 cassette tapes. I gave away my 8-tracks long ago.
I have replaced whatever I could with CDs (+/- 1000) over the last few years.
