Yep, the gray/green/mud scheme and the Super-8 frame 'round the avatars.

Is this yet another manifestation of the I-gotta-move-things-around syndrome?

Geeeze. if it works, leave it alone! We need some stability in this world. :icon_lol:

This is the old Combat Flight Center scheme. Ickie's put it in place while trying to get to the bottom of the film strip around avatars thing.

Bitching is a good stress reliever and occasionally helps solve a problem. No one is obligated to pay attention to it. :icon_lol:

Good to see you buddy!

I wouldn't change that Avatar of yours for anything. Always a pleasure to see...always a sight for sore eyes.
As is your great sense of humour!

:icon29:

No chance of that, mate. If I had to do it, it'd most likely be another Sea Fury.... Ever scince the Fox Four Project for CFS2 way back when, I've had a soft spot in me heart for Sydney Camm's "Beastie". Good to have you here too, Nigel. Someone has to keep after "Smoothie Matt" and his escapades...

Sea fury definately is a beastie.... has a look that says "get in my way... if you dare", another aircraft that says that to me is the Firebrand... i start drooling at mention of either :icon_lol:

well now filmstrips gone i guess we've all had our 15 minutes of fame right? :icon_lol:

Ah.. the Firebrand, a somewhat obscure plane, but a monster, nonetheless. Alphasim's Blackburn Firebrand is a freebie and to the best of me knowledge, the ONLY game in town. It's a nice rendition of the Firebrand, Nigel's Bristol Centaurus (Sea Fury) sounds work superbly with it.

The plane comes with several different skins, but I'd really like to see a "rode hard and stabled wet, battle weary" skin for the plane.... Not that you enough to do already, Matt. LOL!

BTW, Me hat is off to the Admins... for removing the film strips. I never enjoyed the 'limelight' anyway.

Thankyou Ickie

I figured since I started the bitching ,I could at least thank you Ickie for removing those #$%&* filmstrips. Excuse the language.

I could be wrong, but I think not... isn't that the XP-47J off in the distance...? BTW Nigel, that's a cracking good shot of the Sea Fury, mate. Could have sworn that it's one of mine..... Naw, can't be. I left mine back at the airstrip. :isadizzy:

Well, at least your Avatar's fixed.

Remember COMCAST a couple of weeks ago? Where would we be now if we had simply accepted it?

Anyway, thank you Ickie for fixing whatever problem existed. :salute:
