finland campaigns

I have installed the Finland campaigns one works perfectly and the other two runs after I start the task master program. I the fly the campaign and every thing works fine. but I need to start the task master program. Any suggestion on how to get around this Problem?
 
Do you mean "Task Manager" ?

Still unsure about what you are doing ... and what you mean?

Delete what program?
