It just happens to be that these Messerschmitts by the "DL team" have nothing to do with ETO. ;) Admittedly they have the same light effects (which were already originally made by me for ETO) but that's where it ends.

This bird and those released by Ndicki, are Great Birds..
And i do enjoy trashing them, often..
Thanks to all for these..
BRAVO..
Off to wreck some more Birds..:jump:

I second the motion. DL and DR2 Bf109s have nothing to do with ETO or PTO, and if anything are an offshoot of the Desert Rats, as most of the non-stock material we've used was contributed by fellow Desert Rats. It's all in the credits... But you did say MAW, so we'll forgive you!

Meanwhile, here's a WIP of the next G-10 - this is a mid-production G-10/U4 DBM built by WNF, in service with JG 300.

Coming soon - an early Erla-built G-10 (MG151/20) of Assi di Bastoni, ANR...

This one has the specific Typ 110 cowling which was used only by Erla - if you look carefully on the port side, you'll see that the half-moon bulge has "disappeared", as have the little bulges below the forward exhaust stub - you'll find that only on Erla-built G-10s. It has the 20mm MG151/20 rather than the MK 108 fitted to many WNF aircraft; Erla did not produce any U4 variants with the 30mm Motorkanone.

And as you'll have guessed, this is for MAW...

For those with especially sharp eyes and good '109 knowledge you may have noticed Nigel dropping one interesting detail on the Green 4 - it has the later model wing bulges to house the larger 660x190 main wheels but is still equipped with the smaller 660x160 wheels. Landing gear failures were more of a norm than an exception in night operations and replacement parts were taken from wherever possible, including damaged earlier versions.
