First release of the freeware D-Day Project

Hello Francois,

I also seem to have an 'area problem'. When I start FSX I get three messages, one after the other: areas 334, 335 and 337 are missing. Can you tell me what to do about it?

Thabks, and merry Christmas to you all.

Just edit your scenery.cfg manually. There is probably a '\' in the path missing from those three entries. I have changed it in the installer, but then some other people had a backslash too many ! Not sure why one Windows version handles it different from another :-(

I know it was poor weather during the landings, but snow in June ???? (X-mas theme)

Cheers,
Huub

Still some people with problems with the install. I took an extraneous backslash out of the Install Procedure because some users complained about it. But now it turns out that OTHER users are missing a backslash (between the FSX path and 'FSAddon') in the scenery.cfg.

I'll put it back in the installer and re-upload it tonight...... but then probably get complaints from another group of users again...... *sigh*.... Merry Christmas all ! :santahat:

It worked, Francois! Thanks!
