Fix for Captain Kurt Bf109s exploding on touch down

As I suspected, the problem was the scrape points being set too low. I fixed that and you can now even belly land the planes if you need to. I've attached the corrected files here and posted them to the library for those who download the planes later.

Rather than include a fix, I added the fix to each individual Bf-109 package, and moved them back up in the library. I then deleted the fix upload, that will make it far less confusing.
