• There seems to be an up tick in Political commentary in recent months. Those of us who are long time members of the site we know that Political and Religious content has been banned for years. Nothing has changed. Please leave all political and religiours commentary out of the fourms.

    If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.

    Please note any post refering to a politicion will be considered political even if it is intended to be humor. Our experience is these topics have a way of dividing the forums and causing deep resentment amoung members. It is a poison to the community. We apprciate compliance with the rules.

Flight Replicas P-40N Repaints

Thank you guys (Stovall and Barnes and anyone else with a W.I.P.) for the great repaints.

I never seem to thank people enough for their contributions. So, next round of :icon29::icon29::icon29: is on me....

My red/black nose P-40N is available in the SO Add-Ons Library and has been for a few days now. The latest update, applied yesterday, improves the specular/alpha maps and offers a much shinier appearance due to the fact that I'm now using a more appropriate model in the aircraft.cfg file :icon_lol:

Thanks Taff, off to check her out. Isn't it fun matching up all those lines. I am serious when i say that. The challenge is what makes it fun and to see the results is something we all enjoy. Much appreciated.

Hi Taff - no I have had great trouble for some reason uploading to the library recently - it just hangs and does nothing - so I don't try anymore.
