It's around 12:00 PM in La Paz, Bolivia International and far on the Y-33 spot a lonely 27 or so year old Islander stands ready to board the 10 Tourists and fly them to Rio Hermoso, Selva Lodge. Full house, it should be an interesting flight taking off from this 13,000 foot plus high airport. Oxygen bottles have been placed by all seats for the initial climb will be to around 17,000 ft to clear the Cierra. Then down to the Matto Grosso where the jungle awaits the group....Don't tell, but this plane has made several emergency landings many times in route, some bug on the left engine which up to now has not been completely cured..........time to fly!
