Floaters Down Under

We connected some more dots in the Philipines. Nice flight although the weather was a bit sucky.

Howdy folks,:salute:

A very nice flight, but Dudley and I need to do something to bring in a few more bucks inorder to keep up with maintenance and fuel, but also, for some fun times! When we get up to RPLB (Subic Bay) we are going to need to do some heavy mantenance on the PBM this long junket it starting to take it toll on the old gal. Just thinking, maybe we could fine some cargo or what to take to the local rebels. Nah....the local goverment would not take that to well. hehe, but money talks and baloney walks.

:jump: Hey, we finally made Subic Bay! Now is a good time to do some TLC on the PBM been a long junket and so far no serious problems with her. A very nice flight even with the Thunderstorms (R/L) we were having here in our part of New Mexico, and the best part finally, finally got some very needed rain! One time the thunder knocked off my internet server, but it came back and got to finish the flight.

:wavey: Hi there! just a few photos from the flight from RPLB to RPUQ. We did run into some thunderstorms and fig. Finally found a place to land at RPUQ hehe on a river, some of us worried if the river delta was deep enough for the larger planes. so far, so good, no leaks in the hull.:applause:

We flew on up to Basco (RPUO) which is our last stop in the Philipines. Great flight and good conversation.

:wavey:Hi all the folks back home,

Took off from RPUQ to RPUO with flight 19, and as usual the weather was questionabe. The cloud cover was covering up some fairly high peaks on course, but, we believe that we were high enough to clear the big ones on our heading. A few of the pilots made the choice of flying out over the coast to go around these bugger. Put it this way we were darn forunate that we didn't run into one of those granite clouds. The fig got a little thicker as we all on approach into RPUO, crying out loud, couldn't see a darn thing until we were just a few feet above the water, our luck held, we could see Willy and Mike setting in the cove like this was an another day in the life of Flight 19.

We left Taiwan and flew on over to mainland China. Nice flight even if the Chinese do put bridges in the most inappropriate places. I was intending on landing there.....

We splashed down into Hong Kong harbour.

There was some discussion about the scenery. As best as I can tell I just have default going currently in the screenie.

Taco and MM were still holed up over at the Yellow Lotus Blossom Happy Relax Parlour, so Willy and I soldiered on to Danang.
