id love to do that repaint but believe that Carenado dont usually supply paint kits - if only.
 
They will usually supply a plain white livery that can be used for a paint kit ( of sorts ).. Its funky, but its there,,, usually..

Good question. . .I just finished a repaint for Tim's PT-19 sporting the Red Bull logo on the nose and it also is based in Austria with an "N" number.??? Hmmmm!
 
If carenado doesn't fail at the mapping on this one I might give it a try.

If they're going to use 4096 textures there's ABSOLUTELY NO REASON to break up the fuselage into multiple pieces. It makes painting way more difficult than it should be. They're also known for their stripes being a "half pixel" off at a seam, so no matter how you try to line them up they never do. That gets pretty irritating sometimes.

There are a few N registered aircraft in NZ including a few light aircraft and bizjets. As I understand it, it's better on resale value that they remain N registered if it is likely they will be resold in the States. The cost of certifying a new type to country is also a factor. There might also be tax implications.
