    If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.

    Please note any post refering to a politician will be considered political even if it is intended to be humor. Our experience is these topics have a way of dividing the forums and causing deep resentment among members. It is a poison to the community. We appreciate compliance with the rules.

Flying Irons Hellcat - prop speed

Hi All - decided to give this hanger queen a dust off tonight. I'm finding that the prop is turning very slowly in all regimes of power settings even at idle. I wondered if this is a known issue or is just me ? Thanks
 
There used to be a line in the aircraft.cfg file (back when that was the only cfg...) that controlled prop animation. You could speed it up, slow it down, or even reverse it. I found that line once in the Eviation Alice (its props run in reverse on-screen), but now I can't find it. I'm pretty sure it was in the Engines file though.

Edit: I found the reverse lines, but I don't see anything in the SDK docs about animation speed.
