• There seems to be an uptick in Political comments in recent months. Those of us who are long time members of the site know that Political and Religious content has been banned for years. Nothing has changed. Please leave all political and religious comments out of the forums.

    If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.

    Please note any post refering to a politician will be considered political even if it is intended to be humor. Our experience is these topics have a way of dividing the forums and causing deep resentment among members. It is a poison to the community. We appreciate compliance with the rules.

Flying stations seahawk - Download issue???

Hi all

Is anybody else having trouble downloading the SeaHawks from flying stations every time I try the download gets to 0.1 or 0.2 percent and fails just trying to establish whether its a fault at my end or somewhere else anybody having the same trouble?

Seems ok to me. It does say this...UPDATE 16/12/08: For those users with problems downloading models, try using IE.7 or Firefox, as these seem to be the most trouble-free browsers).

Just tried it, same thing. Unexpected end to file only downloads about 1 or 2% then finishes. Just tried downloading a file from Simviation and Avsim and it works fine. I'm not sure if i should report this or not?
 
Might be worth dropping Steve a PM. I had some issues downloading at one point, seemed to iron themselves out eventually; it's a bit like Britsim, slightly buggy but worth the effort.

Hooky.were you after any one of the models in particular or the whole set? I have them all backed up, so if it's something specific you are after I may be able to email it over to you.

I'm after specifically the FGA.101 and the Indian air navy repaint since its the only one I'm lacking. if you could email them over that would be grand. I'll pm you with An addy thanks Andy

Sorry to hear you were having trouble Hooky, but glad you got it sorted via Andy. Nice to know it is not completely broken if Rich had no problems - may have been a temporary glitch, these things can happen with all our ISPs from time to time, sounds like it was with my server if you could d/l from Avsim etc. at the time.
