Flysimware 1947 Cessna 120.

Couldn't resist it at that price. Given that it was designed the same year I was :icon_lol: I had to try it. I like the flight model, remembering I've never even seen a C120 that I can remember. It is a bit of a performance hog but other than that, very nice.

The '47 Cessna 120 is what I learned to fly in; 2099V was a beautiful little ship. Wonder how it holds up, flight model-wise, because this is one of the very few aircraft I can say I do have intimate operation knowledge of. :d

The model isn't exactly my thing, but I do like the way it shows industrial design in 1947!

I am tempted, but I don't want to fly anything that is red and pink in the inside. No way.
Do they have different cockpit liveries, by any chance?

I personally think the visual model looks a little average for being payware, but still very nice. But I agree, I don't want to fly a cockpit that reminds me of barbie dolls. :icon_lol:

I think we commented on this before; (thanks for showing the picture, I lost the last one you sent some time ago) I learned to fly in 2098V in Bozeman Montana in 1948.

Since we're on the subject, here's a 1946 C120/140 I owned - taken in 1976 at Lawrence County Airport, southern Ohio. It has a pair of 120 wings married to a 140 fuselage - registered as a 120 - must've been quite a wreck.View attachment 47052
