Foch & Clemenceau version 3.0 released!!

Superb heads-up - much appreciated.

I'm sure few need reminding, but for newcomers, ideal companion aircraft for this plane are

1) RFN Etendard
2) Restauravia Zephyr
3) Rollus FSX Crusader

Hard to believe all the above is freeware - in reality, it's priceless.

Thanks Sylvain et tout les outres.

Can't wait to try her out.

Now I just have to wait for the next version of carrier tracks so I can use these carriers!

?? No waiting required.

You need only install AICarriers, and you can spawn one anywhere you like. Unless I misunderstood your comment ...

If there were a way to run AICarriers without Java, then great.

Regards, Mike Mann

Ah yes, the Java curse. That problem seems to have hit a few folks - I'm keeping fingers crossed mine stays running. I've not yet tackled the creation of AI tracks, but perhaps one could create custom tracks, or at least point the existing tracks to the new carriers.

Sorry to hear about this - hope there's a fix for that, and/or some tracks made using these new models.

Just checked the readme.txt file....you need to place the new "carrier.xml" located in : FSX\SimObjects\Boats\VEH_Foch-Clemenceau\FSX-Gauges, and put it into the gauges folder. This replaces the older one with the new entries.

Cheers,
Hank

:icon_lol:...that certainly will give us a "french feeling" ! You need the french version of Acceleration. or just maybe the french voices??

But I checked it in flight, and I got LSO voice on "La Foch".

Cheers,
Hank
