I know Fokker is still producing airplanes. Is any other WWI era aircraft company still producing aircraft?

Unfortunately Fokker went out of business several years ago. The last airplanes they made were the Fokker 50 regional turboprop and the Fokker 70/100 airline jets.
I don´t know of any company from the WW1 era that is still around.

When you want to know where all European aircraft manufactures have gone you should check-out this link

A part of Dornier has been sold to Fairchild somewhere around 2002 and another part has been sold to EADS.

FIAT still exists and they were already producing aircraft engines and aircraft in 1908. But they don't produce aircraft under their own name any more.

Cheers,

Sikorsky is the only one I can think of. Their first aircraft was the "Le Grand", the world's first 4 engined aeroplane in 1913. From it was developed the larger "Ilya Mourometz" which was in Russian service during the first world war.
