ROFL!!! Recruit told the DI when DI asked him how he got into the Corps.... couldn't get into the Navy.... made them do a double-take... what's worse.... the sub service turned him down. :icon_lol:
 
When I went through boot camp at Orlando RTC, they made us take a hearing test. Apparently my hearing wasn't good enough for sonar (or something like that), and I failed that part. Just as well. I wanted to be above the surface; not below!

Oh I was Sonar....I chose surface though.... wanted to be the best of the best and prosecute subs. :icon_lol:
