There are one or two complanies now making WW2 vintage motocycles with side car and bag options here in the USA. I saw one and spoke to the owner in Lubbock, TX 6 weeks ago while he was refueling. Not cheap but it looked awesome.

It looks to me like a Russian made 'Ural' combination (motorcycle and sidecar).

it's a Ural, Russian BMW, they have been making them since 1938, its like my bike, me below
