For those at SOH who have questions about what Accu-Sim is

I just watched the user-made video below of a startup and takeoff of our Accu-Sim Mustang. It's a long video, no narration, but just a guy taking his time with the aircraft. Watch it on 720p in full screen.

Some here at SOH has commented that "Accu-Sim is too hard" yet, this is not at all what Accu-Sim is about. Almost everything you see and hear in this video is Accu-Sim, and it would be exactly the same even if he opted to turn damage off in the 2d panels. When we say Accu-Sim is about realism, it's about realistic feel first and foremost.

We made Accu-Sim to make flying easier, not harder. Damage and wear is probably 10% of what Accu-Sim is.

Note the following places to watch on his video:
- Startup: 2:00
- Takeoff: 6:30
- Landing: 10:40
- Shutdown: 21:30

NOTE:
There are a bunch of things this guy does in this video that are not proper procesure in the P-51, but that is not for this thread.

Keep in mind that the Mustang is quite an easier plane to fly / manage when compared to a narrow undercarriage, manually operated warbird. Mustangs today make good IFR planes thanks to the automated systems.

If there are any Accu-Sim flyer here that find something too difficult, we want to hear from you. For some reason, we only hear these comments on SOH, so this is why we are asking. We work hard to make our products hassle-free, one-click install, intuitive UI, etc. and if there are some areas we can improve more upon, let us know.

Mr. Scott,
first let me tell that this last release, the p51 accusim is by far the most incredible warbird released for fs by now. I´m having incredible fun time with this bird. Thanks for that!
Regarding your comment, please let me give my humble opinion. Even with a very detailed manual and all the help that A2a is giving to the p51 owners, i think the learning curve of this last plane is a bit more complex and requires more atention with the flight steps and systems.
That said, i think that you´re seeing the "diffcult" posts more here in SOH because in here you have the more people who love flying warbirds of all FS forums in the net, and like to discuss the features, procedures, difculties and other things (Includes myself and i did many things wrong in the p51 already). I´m sure that all the people talking about the difculties is praising the addon quality, witch i already said is one of a kind. When the steps are learned, the plane easily became the "Cadilac" of the skies and a must in everybody FS addon list.

Thanks again for your hard work and for A2a team.
