and just so happen to hate the rubbish new homepage they just give you ... if you scroll to the bottom of the page, on the right theres a nice little bit of text which says "click here to return to yahoo classic" click it and you get the nice old yahoo homepage back :jump:

I've noticed that option icon moves around or is sometimes absent. They seem rather intent on tweaking us.

I am so glad they allow you to go back too! The new page is just awful IMHO. When I first saw it, I couldn't even find where email was... :mixedsmi:

Also whats the deal with my yahoo messenger not always signing in? I have to cancel the sign in after it 2-3 minutes and login/cancel several times before it will login. Anyone else getting this?

it delays my mail from loading every single time.

i uninstalled yahoo messenger. it had picked up a trojan somehow. the mail page still has it though. i don't use their homepage. i have a square on my opera speed dial dedicated to the mail page.

Thats scary. Sorry to hear about that CF.

I'll have to keep an eye out on mine. I use it to talk with family often late at night. Used to use it in the pilots forum in Yahoo Chat. The russian sex bots took that over though.. arghh.. :banghead:

I used the new Yahoo homepage for a total of about 15 minutes, didn't like it so I went back to the original. If they choose the same route as Microsoft has as in forcing something on me which I neither like nor want, I'll drop them like a hot rock, covered in cow poop.

lolol....

Sounds like me and 'the v word'....

I have the new Yahoo webpage on the Mac side of my computer and didnt know I could get it reverted back to the original. The original is great.

I fear that ms buyout. I really like Yahoo. I do not want to see them tinged with goofiness...
