forum slow or down alot

i notice lots of times this forum taked FOREVER to load, and sometimes won't load at all. there are alot of times i don't bother coming here because of it. i use alot of other forums for different topics, and they don't do this. why here?

Strange as I'm at the same location as you (earth) and I don't have any problems. Try clearing your cache and delete your cookies. Perhaps there is something wrong there.

Same here; like Huub, I've never found the forum, or any other pages o the site, to load slowly.

It must be something about your confuter, or the way your browser interacts with this site.

from 6 am new york time until 8 am ny time I run the updates and security scripts, this may be what you are seeing

I occasionally get a message "server too busy try again later". No big deal but it does happen at various times.

I also get the sever is too busy message, but I'm usually here around 6AM Eastern, so the security updates might be causing my problems.
