frame clamp

how do I clamp the frame rates at 30 fps to avoid a stutter..?

I think the human eye can only register something like 14 or 16 frames a second. I usually set mine to 20 FPS and that seems to work well and frees up some processing power.

Man, I knew something was wrong with my brain! Anything that is below twenty seems to stutter. My eyes head straight to the counter when it gets to the low 20's. My "defailt" position was 35. I will try a lower setting to see how it works. For me putting an "x" in the TandL box helped a lot.:ernae:
