If yes, run the ETO spawn Selector and chose:
2- Random Spawn Disable.

7 or 8- Phoney War, depending on which side you are playing.

Hi Andre, are you in Quick Combat? If so then that is your answer!
It's something to do with the way cfs3 puts the frontline in.
