For starters Blue Sky has a few for areas of CONUS that are nice and free (they take donations).

I remember seeing that one, Well, at least I shed some light on one of the many freeware scenery sites.

Thanks for the info. I tried some of the Flightsim links for some of the USA sceneries and Flightsim comes up with a 404 or not found. Most of the referring AVSIM links work.

I have not been visiting it for a while and forgot its existence. It is very comprehensive. I believed I knew almost every scenery done for my country but it wasn't the case.
Italy suffers from and incredibly poor default rendition, but has many great (if small and scattered) add-ons...

Aside, Bluesky's photoreal sceneries are really good!
I hope someone may, one day or another, add Autogen - possibly with Arno's Scenproc...

The best bet for Italy will be when Orbx gets around to that part of Europe.
