FreemeshX scenery.....questions about downloading/installing

I am trying to understand how the download/install process works for this mesh. All I really wanted to download/install is the North American mesh, but when I go to add it in FSX, I get popup errors, saying the ASIA mesh is missing? So do I need to download all of the FreeMeshX files and install them all?

Also, there are Global patches. The word "Global" makes it sound like it is all encompassing, and I wouldn't need the others? Confused... NC

Well, if you're just using the North American mesh (which BTW is only Canada and Greenland until my high-res USA mesh is complete), then you won't need any patches. It would not say you need the Asia mesh if you are only adding the NA mesh, so that's a little weird.

You downloaded these two files correct?

Then you extracted just the first "FreeMeshX_-_North_America.7z.001" as the directions state, and then added the FreeMeshX - North America folder to your scenery library, correct?

Or did you download the FreeMeshX - North America folder via Bittorrent (and thus don't need to extract any archives), and then added the folder to your scenery library?
