Simon Smeiman of South Africa has released his Experimental Stingray Amphibian today. He asked me to upload it for him, because his Internet speed down there in the bush isn't really helping any :icon_lol:

You can download it here at SOH now, or from our Silver Cloud webshop.

By the way, PLEASE read the last page of his User Manual... Simon is not in good standing and I have opened a Paypal Donation Button for him on our websites.

In any case, thanks for reading, and I hope you'll have some fun with the Stingray !

Thank you Simon and Francois!

This is a really neat little plane to do some island hopping; it's fast, STOL, aerobatic, aquatic; you name it! :wiggle:

Very beautiful plane. Thank you.

I am happy to make a small donation to Simon, and I hope he will find work quickly.

I have to say, this thing is surprising. It is quick to get on plane and out of the water, and has a much faster cruise than I expected. Flew around for a few minutes and was pleasantly surprised. I hope our thanks make it to the creator of this little gem.
