French Hawk 75: Right dp file?

Hello all,

I just re-installed my French Hawks and noticed that the FDG2 version is P-36A which differs from the French armee de l'air versions (Hawk-75 A-1 to A-4) regarding their armament. The P-36A has only two guns in the aircraft nose whereas the French Hawks also mount some wing guns (2 or 4 depending on the version), see also here

Did anybody already played around with it the dp-file for this plane? I thought that this would be best realized with the guntubes but I am not able to get this as my DPED seems not to work properly (does not save changes:confused:).

Some ideas???

Sometimes, your timing can be just right. I asked Sopwith Chameleon last week to create a Vichy French skin for the FDG model (which will be used in a mission), and when he did it, he used Oldwheat's guntubes to create the wing guns, so it would appear that I can fully grant your wish with only a little work!

And here is a pic...so all you'll have to do in DPED is shut down the fuselage guns.

Talk about synergy, huh?

Sandydog did a pack of DPs for the export versions of the P-36 (French, Finnish, Dutch, British etc) if you're interested. You might be able to find it in the archive. (It's from 2005).
