French mystery planes.

Hurricane91

SOH-CM-2023
A friend of mine that worked for Dassault forwarded this photo to me to see if I knew what these aircraft were. I can't identify them but believe them to be French and appear to be a variation of the Potez 62 or 65, but the twin tails and that remarkable turret throw me off. The photo appears to have been taken after the armistice with Germany in 1940 (note what appears to be a Junkers Ju-52 in the background). I also considered that they could be modified NC-600s but there are some significant differences in the fuselage.

My best guess is that some transports were in the process of being modified to defend against the expected aerial bombardment of Paris in 1940. Anyone know what these aircraft are or thier intended purpose?
