FS-Cast B-17G New Release

Wow, the last two pictures on the product page look amazing!
 
There's a review by Ken Glover on this plane on the Flightsim.com main page. I haven't read it yet, but the pics look good. Dropable ordinance and guns that fire! Yowsah!! :applause: I'm definately gonna have to look at this one!
 
For anyone who is unaware of who the author is, he is a well known name in the FS world...Paco Sanchez :ernae:

Is it really that hard to search for repaints for a particular aircraft model here at the SOH lib or am i missing something ?....... :rolleyes:

I have been trying a few times but never could figure it out...... :confused:
 
It was released by SkyUnlimited many months ago! I love it, it ties if not beats A2A's 17. That's my opinion, I'd highly recommend it!

It is alittle hard to figure out:isadizzy: And I jumped the gun (was thinking of the A2A 17) when i posted that the few repaints were here at SoH. :redf: Checking my zip files the few repaints for the Fs-Cast 17 are at Avsim. They are done by Gunnar van der Meeren.

I actually did some repaints for it not too long ago. If there is any interest I'll get them uploaded here. I had a hard time finding correct serial numbers and suchlike so they range from real - almost completely accurate to completely fictional as in the bare metal one.

My favorite thing about the FS-Cast B-17 is the Brazilian unarmed version (which I converted into a fire bomber and have been having way too much fun with).

This thing has been done for months as I got the product shortly after it was released, and it just came into FSpilotshop.com yesterday so Nels had this to publish :wiggle:
 
I have had both for a while and still can't decide which one I like best ! Both are excellent and well worth the money.

They are both slightly different, but each have their own merits. If you are a fan of the B17, get both !
