• There seems to be an uptick in Political comments in recent months. Those of us who are long time members of the site know that Political and Religious content has been banned for years. Nothing has changed. Please leave all political and religious comments out of the forums.

    If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.

    Please note any post refering to a politician will be considered political even if it is intended to be humor. Our experience is these topics have a way of dividing the forums and causing deep resentment among members. It is a poison to the community. We appreciate compliance with the rules.

FS Recorder 2.0 Beta3 Released

Just to let those who use FSX Recorder 2.0, Matthais has released his FS Recorder 2.0 Beta 3 version over at his site. Here!!
 
VCN-1, I have Windows 7 64 bit and the install went just fine. I just tested the functionallity and all seems to be working well. Be sure you have uninstalled all previous versions.
 
I tried the version 2 not so long ago and I could tell it was definitely a step forward in comparison of the previous version.
I didn't test if this new version could record helicopters, though... I suppose it still doesn't ?
 
Windows 7 64 bit and no issues for me as well. installed just fine. Check your user account and try installing with it turned off.

Did you uninstall the old version VCN-1?

Also, do not try to install it from the Zip opener.

I have a temp folder in the Documents folder on the C drive. I made a new folder and named it FS Recorder for FS9 (and FSX for that version). Then I extracted all items in the zips to the respective sim folders and installed them from there after uninstalling the old FS Recorder versions from each sim. All went it okay here.
